What Is MJP Wax Printing?
Read the wax line from digital design to casting, without the resin detour.
The operating question is simple: how many steps before the digital design reaches the furnace?
MJP is multijet printing technology. Flashforge WaxJet places build wax and support wax layer by layer in the same job.
The lost-wax line does not change. The digital design arrives, the wax part prints, support separates, and the part enters your plaster and furnace rhythm.
The resin detour leaves the line here. The part arrives as wax behavior, not resin behavior.
WJ530 and WJ51C publish 15 µm layers. WJ51C accuracy is listed as ±0.04 mm / 20 mm.
Support wax separates with IPA (isopropyl alcohol).
