15 μm Layer Thickness
Operating at one-fifth the width of a human hair, this micro-layering guarantees the total elimination of visible stepping, producing a glass-smooth surface that requires virtually zero pre-cast finishing.
For 18 years, we have served as the trusted partner to Turkey's finest jewelers and casting houses. Today, as Flashforge's authorized distributor, we empower the modern atelier to transition seamlessly from digital STL files to flawless, casting-ready wax patterns — redefining the boundaries of what is physically possible in jewelry creation.

Our Heritage
The foundation of Almera Teknik is deeply intertwined with the historic heart of the Turkish jewelry trade. Our origins trace back to the Cağaloğlu and Fatih districts of Istanbul — areas historically synonymous with the Grand Bazaar and centuries of Ottoman goldsmithing tradition.
Our founder established the company with an unwavering mission: to simplify, modernize, and elevate the daily lives of jewelry manufacturers. From humble beginnings in the Atasaray İş Hanı, we grew into a trusted supplier, eventually establishing a primary presence on the ground floor of Kuyumcukent — one of the world's largest, most prestigious integrated jewelry manufacturing complexes.
Nearly two decades later, that mission has not changed. Our tenure is not merely a timeline; it is a testament to sustained reliability and an intimate understanding of every bottleneck a jeweler faces — from raw material procurement to the final polish.
“We did not enter the 3D printing world as outsiders. We spent eighteen years standing beside goldsmiths, understanding their struggles. The WJ530 is not a machine we imported — it is a solution we curated for them.”

Our Philosophy of Technology
We never position the WJ530 as heavy machinery. It is an instrument of unparalleled fidelity — a logical, elegant extension of the craftsman's own hands. Every specification is designed to serve one purpose: the relentless pursuit of the perfect cast.
15 μm Layer Thickness
Operating at one-fifth the width of a human hair, this micro-layering guarantees the total elimination of visible stepping, producing a glass-smooth surface that requires virtually zero pre-cast finishing.
2900 × 2900 × 1700 DPI
Capable of flawlessly rendering micro-prongs with 0.2 mm gaps — an absolute necessity for complex pavé, channel, and invisible gemstone settings.
± 0.04 mm per 20 mm Accuracy
Guarantees absolute predictability. Interlocking puzzle rings, intricate watch mechanisms, and calibrated gemstone bezels will fit together seamlessly post-casting, exactly as designed.
100% Ash-Free Burnout
The alchemy of our FFWJ1200 pure red wax: it behaves identically to traditional injection wax, entirely eliminating gas porosity, surface pitting, or incomplete fills in the final gold cast.
In the ancient art of lost-wax casting, the quality of the final piece is entirely dependent on the wax pattern. Our FFWS3200 dissolvable support wax represents the absolute epitome of technology serving art — complex, hollow, or interlocking chain structures are simply dropped into an IPA solvent bath where the supports melt away, leaving the pristine red wax master utterly untouched.
Zero ash. Zero porosity. Perfect casts — every single time.
Full-Cycle Partnership
We understand that in Kuyumcukent, machine downtime equals lost revenue. Almera Teknik is not a transactional vendor — we are a deeply invested manufacturing partner. Our commitment extends from the first calibration to every casting cycle thereafter.

Calibrating the technology to the unique environmental needs of the client's workspace — maintaining strict 18–26°C temperature and 30–70% humidity requirements.
Benefit: Ensures day-one operational perfection and prevents early print failures due to environmental variables.
Transforming traditional artisans into digital masters through comprehensive, hands-on workflow education covering STL optimization, material handling, and advanced techniques.
Benefit: Rapidly accelerates the return on investment by maximizing machine utilization and software efficiency.
Providing lifetime technical consultancy, remote diagnostics via 2K camera, and rapid-response on-site maintenance dispatch.
Benefit: Guarantees uninterrupted production cycles — crucial for casting houses operating on strict export deadlines.
Guaranteeing a continuous, localized stock of FFWJ1200 (Red), FFWJ1100 (Purple), and FFWS3200 (White) wax materials from our Istanbul warehouse.
Benefit: Eliminates the anxiety of international shipping delays for mission-critical daily consumables.
